Project Description: The slope was first stabilized using the Soil Anchoring method down to the required depth. Following the initial stabilization, the construction of the primary structure—including foundations, retaining walls, the structural steel frame, and slabs—was initiated from the top bench. Crucially, while the superstructure was being erected on the upper levels, the anchoring and stabilization of the subsequent lower benches proceeded simultaneously. This innovative phased approach allowed for continuous progress on both earth retention and structural framing, significantly accelerating the project timeline while maintaining the highest safety standards and ensuring absolute slope stability throughout the entire construction process.
